Debbie Ellisen, a Principal Consultant at The Table Group, a management consultancy agency specializing in team-building, provides instruction to sergeants and lieutenants of the Redwood City Police Department as part of the RCPD Leadership Program. The Table Group was founded by Patrick Lencioni, a best-selling author of several books including the New York Times best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Advantage.
